Which Material Requires Tzitzit?

p. 30 Chapter Ten 

1. According to the Torah only clothes made of linen or sheeps' wool are obliged to have zizit affixed.  Clothes made of other materials are obliged Midrabannan (by Rabbinical decree). (Sh.Ar.9)
